For New York-based hairstylist Pasquale Ferrante, beauty is his platform to create never-before-seen characters. Ferrante––who is of Napolitano descent––creates iconic personas with a dynamic and diverse approach to hairstyling.
Pasquale spent an early part of his career in London where he refined an accomplished set of styling and cutting skills at Toni & Guy where he was subsequently appointed an instructor. As he continued to perfect his craft, he moved to New York City where he began assisting Guido, continuing to shape the landscape of contemporary hairstyling.
A unique and highly sought-after talent, he has worked on many editorial shoots for the Japanese, Spanish, Ukrainian and Czechoslovakian editions of Vogue. Ferrante has also collaborated with brands like Louis Vuitton, Nordstrom and Calvin Klein.
With over twenty years of industry experience, Ferrante has collaborated with some of the most celebrated and important image makers, giving him a unique and rare understanding of his craft, and role in the process of creating fashion photography. Notable photographers he’s worked with include Bec Parsons, Jesper Lund, Nagi Sakai and Adrian Mesko.
