Vincent Tullo

Aptly described as portraiture with a documentary twist, Vincent Tullo’s work draws inspiration from old Renaissance paintings to achieve striking, contemporary imagery.

Starting in the field immediately after graduation from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a BFA in Photography and Related Media, Vincent spent a year following The Big Apple Circus to make a large body of images which was eventually turned into a book. It was that book that had Vincent noticed by the editors at The New York Times, a publication which marked his big break.

To date, Vincent regularly shoots for the title, alongside other clients that include WSJ, The Cut, Prabal Gurung, Red Bull and many others.
