Choreographer and movement director Jonny Vieco grew up immersed in street dance culture, and continues to combine the influences of hip hop and contemporary dance in his work. He started his career as a dancer travelling the world, performing at different venues, dancing in brand campaigns, music videos, adverts and films as well as teaching workshops. Jonny is now using all of the knowledge gained over the last 10 years about movement, dance and composition to work creatively behind the camera as a movement director and choreographer.
Jonny’s collaborative approach and ability to bring out the best in his performers has earned him a reputation as one of the fresh upcoming choreographers and movement directors in the industry. With a deep understanding of the power of movement and its ability to convey emotion and tell a story, Jonny creates performances that are both visually stunning and emotionally resonant. His commercial clients include Nike, Lacoste Asos, Topshop, FitFlop and eBay.
